Comparing laps shows how one lap stacks up against another. But a race is more than its best laps. Session View puts a whole session on screen at once, every lap from start to finish, in any analysis workspace. Spot where the pace changed, then zoom in on the moment that matters.
See the whole session
Pick Sessions in the workspace toolbar, beside Laps. Each session in the workspace becomes one checkbox, and the first one appears on screen, whole.
Every lap is labeled along the top of the line chart. The traces, the grip circle, the speed spread and the track map all cover the whole session, so you can see where the pace dropped off, where a stop happened or where the tires went away before you pick a single lap.
Lay sessions over each other
Tick another session to lay it over the first, in its own color. Each session runs from its own start, so a 23 minute practice sits right next to the opening laps of the race.
Sessions compare with sessions. Time gap charts compare laps, so they show in Laps only.
Zoom from hours down to every reading
Scroll on a chart to zoom in. Go from hours, to minutes, to every reading the logger recorded. Once ten minutes or less is on screen, the charts draw every reading, so every lift and every correction is really there. Reset Zoom takes you back to the whole session.
Found something? Open that lap
Click a lap number along the top of the chart. Podium switches to Laps and opens that lap next to the laps you already picked, ready to compare by distance or by time.
The workspace remembers which view you left it in.
Session View works in every analysis workspace, on every plan.
Try it now
Open Analysis from the menu on the left, open a workspace and pick Sessions. No workspace yet? Press Analyze on any session to start one. If you already have a Podium account, a short video about Session View will appear on the home page, and you can watch it any time under Tutorials.
