New feature: Teams. Bring your crew into every session. A live dashboard beside the title, marked read only.

New in Podium: Teams

Share a session or a whole car with your crew chief, coach or co-driver. They follow it live or go through it later, read only, from anywhere.

Teams lets the people who help you go faster see your data without being on your account. Your crew chief, your coach or your co-driver can watch your car live from the pit wall or from home, and go back through the session afterwards. You decide exactly what they can see, and their access is read only.

Create a team and invite your crew

Open Teams in the menu on the left and press New team. Give it a name, like "Pit wall" or the name of your crew.

Invite people who already use Podium by their name or username. The invite waits for them in the app. Or invite anyone by email. They get a link to join, and if they are new to Podium, they can create a free account on the way in. Invites are good for 14 days, and you can resend or revoke one at any time.

Share one session, or a whole car

To share a single session, press the Share button on its dashboard and pick the team. Everyone on the team can open that session, and nothing else.

To share every session of a car, open the car on My Devices and pick the team under Shared with. That covers every session the car has run, and every session it runs from now on, so a crew that follows you all season only needs to be set up once.

Your other cars and sessions stay private. A team sees only what you share with it.

On their side

When someone accepts an invite, they land on their own Teams page. Everything you share shows up under Shared with me, and the events those sessions belong to appear in their events list with a "Shared with me" marker. One click opens the session.

They do not need Podium Pro. A free account is all it takes to be on a team.

Follow the car live

A shared session works just like one of their own, except they cannot change anything. During a session they follow the car live, with lap times, the track map, the gauges and every channel. They see your pit-to-car messages too, but only you can send them. Afterwards they can press Analyze on the session and compare laps in a workspace of their own.

You stay in control

The team page shows who is on the team, who is still invited, and what is shared with it. Remove someone from the team, or stop sharing a session or a car, whenever you like. Access ends the next time they open something; a live view they already have open runs until they reconnect.

Teams is part of Podium Pro. Creating a team, inviting people and sharing need Pro on your account; being on a team does not.

Try it now

Open Teams in the menu, create a team and invite your crew, then press Share on your next session. If you already have a Podium account, a short video tour appears on the home page the next time you visit, and you can watch it again under Tutorials.
